Fellows financially commit to Insight by selecting one of our three financing options: a refundable upfront payment, a loan, or an Income Share Agreement (ISA).
All of these options are backed by our guarantee: you will only complete the financial commitment if you achieve the high level of success that we expect for our community.
Insight Guarantee
When you become a Fellow, Insight makes a guarantee to you with three components:
$90K+ SALARY
You accept an offer for a position that earns at least $90,000 USD annually.
WITHIN 6 MONTHS
You accept an offer dated within 6 months of the end date of the 7-week training program.
IN A RELEVANT FIELD
You accept an offer within a field relevant to the programs offered by Insight.
Fellows receive the full membership benefits for the remainder of their career, even if their financial commitment is waived as a result of the guarantee not being satisfied.

Fellows have the option to pay membership dues through a loan with our partner, Climb Credit. This loan option allows Fellows to make monthly payments over a few years. You can find an example agreement here.

Interest rates are fixed for the life of the loan and range from 7.45% to 14.45%, depending on your credit score.

Select either 24 or 33 months of repayment after getting a job.
An Income Share Agreement (or “ISA”) is an agreement between Insight and members of the Insight community. The ISA is designed to lower the barrier of entry to making career transitions, allowing Fellows to join the program without requiring any upfront payments. You can find an example agreement here.
You don't pay until you complete the program and accept an offer for a relevant job earning at least $90,000 (and receive that offer that is dated within 6 months of completing the program).
